DIRECTOR: HARVEY LOWRY
Harvey Lowry entered the film industry in 1990 and soon became the President and Director of Operations for one of the largest special effects and film production companies in California. Over the course of twenty years, he has collaborated on the production, special effects, makeup effects, visual effects, animatronics and/or specialty costumes for over 150 feature films, television shows, music videos, commercials and documentaries. He is an award winning director, having directed 10 feature films and 12 television episodes, as well as independently produced 27 feature films, commercials and music videos and 13 television shows. Harvey has collaborated on the films The Pirates of the Caribbean: The Curse of the Black Pearl, Alice in Wonderland, A Beautiful Mind, The Passion of the Christ, Hannibal, Big Mommas House and The Watchmen and many others.
Harvey began producing independent films in 2000. Since then, he has produced twenty seven projects ranging from the dark horror film Trailer Park of Terror (the only film in the Slamdance Film Festival history to have a second screening due to high demand), to the family comedy Soccer Mom starring Emily Osment and Missy Pyle.
Harvey continues focusing more on producing and directing independent films, television shows music videos, commercials and documentaries, as well as supervising special effects on films and television shows around the world. Harvey has directed and produced the television series America’s Next Best Bartender for BRS Media and NBC and is commencing production for The Sparrows. He has directed the dramatic thriller, Cassidy Way, the quirky comedy, Light on Sunshine and second unit directed the thriller Deadly Sanctuary. In mid 2014, Harvey directed the multiple award winning Civil War film, Union Bound with Uptone Pictures and the award winning drama A Play On Words, adapted from the stage play by the same name. In the Fall of 2014, Harvey directed the thriller Monday At 11:01 a.m. starring Lance Henriksen and Briana Evigan. Harvey recently completed directing the upcoming thriller Asomatous featuring Michael Welch and Kevin Sorbo and the thriller Dance Night Obsession for Lifetime Television. It is undeniable that his track record for success in film and television will carry over into any venture he chooses to be a part of, making him one of the entertainment industry’s elite producers and directors.
EXECUTIVE PRODUCER : SCOTT SOUTH
Scott is entrepreneurial driven, and is currently President of Stevens Water Monitoring Systems, Inc., a manufacturer of data acquisition instrumentation for environmental monitoring and control applications. Also, currently President of South Wind Development, a company focused on real estate and various new business ventures. Co-founded and led the start-up phase of Stormwater Management, Inc., a manufacturer of water treatment systems for urban water runoff. Also led Hollywood Video’s growth phase as its second largest shareholder and CFO. Started his career at PricewaterhouseCoopers and was a CPA and manager for the firm. Scott is also active with various non-profit boards and is an Oregon State University graduate.

THORA BIRCH will next make her debut at The Geffen Playhouse in the world premiere of ICEBERGS. Birch’s upcoming films include Phillip Noyce’s ABOVE SUSPICION, reuniting her with her director from PATRIOT GAMES and CLEAR AND PRESENT DANGER, opposite Emilia Clarke, Jack Huston, and Johnny Knoxville. This year, she’s also completed filming on the political thriller PUBLIC AFFAIRS, the romantic comedy THE COMPETITION (her first foray into the genre) and THE ETRUSCAN SMILE, starring opposite Brian Cox, Rosanna Arquette, and JJ Feild.
In addition to Thora’s SAG Award win for her much lauded turn in AMERICAN BEAUTY, she has been nominated for Golden Globe and Emmy Awards. Some of her most iconic roles also include those in GHOST WORLD, HOCUS POCUS, NOW AND THEN, ALL I WANT FOR CHRISTMAS, and PARADISE. Thora has acted professionally since the age of 6.
PRODUCER: KELSEY TUCKER
Kelsey Tucker has been writing and acting since middle school. A Portland area local, she began acting in the theater, playing the Prince in The Toy Shop, the host in Saturday Night Jive, and Lucy in Seven Wives for Dracula. Kelsey took a break from acting for several years, devoting herself to her legal practice and her family. She returned to acting in 2012 and recently starred in the upcoming film Victory Force with Billy Zane as well as several local short films and TV commercials. In 2015, Kelsey won the Best Supporting Actress trophy at the Portland Film Awards for her comedic portrayal of Marisa Martin in the short film No Oui. Kelsey is thrilled to bring her original screenplay The Competition to life with this outstanding cast and crew. Kelsey lives in Lake Oswego with her husband William and her son Dash.
PRODUCER: JASMINE FONTES
Jasmine Fontes began her career as a child actor and model before moving behind the camera to produce film and television. Starting in independent film Jasmine has produced a dozen features since 2011 running the genre gamut, The Petal Pushers (thriller) to Boone the Bounty Hunter (action) to Just Nuisance the Movie (family bio-pic) and has become known for her work behind the lens on series such as Stephen Dies!, Wrecking Plan and the Emmy winning Stable Wars: Del Mar.
Her latest award winning film, Red Souls, earned best picture at the Los Angeles Brazilian Film Festival (2016) and continues to garner critical acclaim. She is the Chief Creative Officer of Bumpercrop Films in Los Angeles and works proudly alongside her producing partner Alistair McKenzie. She also serves as Editor in Chief of ACT, Dance, Model, Sing Magazine, a resource for new professionals in entertainment and serves on the board of the Susan Carter Theatre Scholarship for the prestigious acting school of Southern Oregon University.
Passionate about acting Jasmine also studies with Warner Loughlin out of Hollywood, CA and can be seen in The New Adult, Lost In Textation, Ad Inferos and has lent her voice to the animated series’ Private Dick, Kite & String and the feature Toby’s Big Adventure out in 2017.
DIRECTOR OF PHOTOGRAPHY: EMMANUEL VOUNIOUZOS
Emmanuel Vouniozos an industry talent for more than 30 years and known on most sets as “Manny", was born with and continues to demonstrate his creative artistic style and talent that allures the viewer to visualize in front of them - what he imagines and views from behind the camera. He is a visual storyteller, with the ability to draw in and focus on distinct details in a scene or specific shot such as in the recent Feature Film “Monday at 11:01am” wherein his technique was highly touted: “... cinematographer Emmanuel Vouniozos, who does a fantastic job setting the mood of the film with a bright blue filter whenever Michael is in the hotel. It truly is beautiful and creates a sense of doom in the audience as we do not really know what direction Michael’s psyche is traveling in. ...”
With over 40 Olympic Commercials to his name, Emmanuel has filmed U.S. Olympians such as Michael Phillips, Apollo Ono, Michelle Kwan and Shani Davis. Emmanuel has both the dexterity and visual acuity to easily transition from working on feature films to television series, commercials (national and international) as well music videos and documentaries. He is also an avid Still Photographer. Emmanuel's early desire and creative spark started at the age of six while exploring his Greek immigrant father’s 16mm Bell & Howell movie camera, which started the passion for his career in the entertainment industry. Born in Cleveland OH and raised in a traditional Greek home, primarily in Los Angeles CA, Emmanuel gleans tradition, culture and explicit yet unique creative expression to his work.
Growing up and being mentored within the heart and soul of the entertainment industry, Emmanuel received his start at a young age in the late 1970’s at the Samuel Golden Studios. For more than five years Emmanuel apprenticed under the wings and studied Hollywood's Director of Photography Master's such as:

In more recent years, he worked with world renowned Peter Lindburg - Director / Photographer and Steve Horn - Director whom has over 100 Clios Awards in his career. Emmanuel’s worked on a multitude of music videos such as:

Emmanuel has immense experience in filming Commercials. Credits include filming the “Ford” spot for agency J. Walter Thompson, “I am a Ford Truck Man” with Country Superstar singer Toby Keith. Emmanuel’s other recent accolades include the latest Commercials for:

Emmanuel’s career has allowed him to film all over the world to include locations in Italy, Iceland, Thailand, the Canary Islands and Russia, amongst others countries. He focuses on the intricate detail of a project and has the ability to transcribe thought, his and others, into a successful project. Emmanuel visualizes what can be, takes the actions needed with his intellectual creative vision and dedicates his efforts to see the project through to success. Emmanuel continues to seek out both new, as well as unique opportunities, to utilize and expand his talents in the film and television industry.
